Very happy with the windows and the installation. After getting prices from other companies I found they also have the best price. One window fogged up. I called the store and all I had to do was give them the serial number of the window. A 2 or 3 weeks later (every window is custom made) an installer showed up with the new one and replaced it. in about 4 minutes.
