From estimate to scheduling to actual job and payment, Window World presented a competitive proposal and did a great job with installation. They are very professional, left no trash and everything was nice and clean after they are done. We really enjoy the new windows!
New post from April 29, 2026. Had a great experience, see post above. I hired Window World of Baltimore again to install 14 new windows and they did a great job again! Chris, the estimator, Candice, the office manager, Jonathan and George the installers, especially them who worked 12 hours a day for two days and tended to every detail. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality windows and service at affordable prices. Very professional and responsive!

We had such a wonderful experience and great service. The price was amazing and we didn't feel pressured by the salesman when he came to the house to take measurements. Very easy to speak with what we wanted. Will use again when it is time to replace the rest of our windows!!!

Great experience from the initial sales contact to the final installation. My house was built in 1905, so the windows are not standard by any stretch of the imagination. That is the second time I work with them and I highly recommend their products, their installation crews and the way they conduct business.

Erick and Ronaldo Morales did an EXCELLENT job putting in our windows. They look “so” good!! Not only did they put our windows in, but they cleaned up nicely as well. They were very nice, professional, and very knowledgeable. They explained how are windows work and how easy they are to clean. They are welcomed back to our home any time! I have already spoke to my friends and neighbors about Window World and their great workers. Please convey our appreciation to Erick and Ronaldo for their great skills and hard work!😁 The Floods

Great service 3 years after buying really nice blinds. Even though I discovered that what I thought was broken wasn’t broken, the tech still came out and educated me on how not to open up

We had some windows replaced about 20 years ago from another company, and then replaced the rest with Window World about 15 years ago. The original replacement windows no longer worked so we asked Window World to come out. The representative was incredibly helpful in helping us decide the look we wanted. I appreciated the style suggestions. The work itself was smooth and the team was precise and thorough. We are very pleased with the result.

The windows are fantastic so the product was fantastic but the workers left the mark on the wall and the mark on a brand new carpet. Neither one is a deal breaker. They still did a very nice job with a difficult install and I'm very happy.
Take away the marks, and they are five star all the way.

My family has been using Window World for a few properties for many years. Their windows are top quality and the warranty is fantastic. Everyone is professional and the installers clean as they go, which is not common, but greatly appreciated.

Great job and love that we got the trim added around the windows. It truly completes the look. Thank you to Craig our sales rep and the install team.
