I had to put in a service call for one of my windows as the bracket snapped. The woman on the phone got me set up with an appointment just two days away and was very nice. A young man called and said he was only about 18 minutes away and would be there shortly. Dave Bowen showed up to do the requested work. He was polite, professional and so friendly! He even helped with an issue I was having with my slider that he assured me was an easy fix. He He worked quickly and efficiently wish was wonderful since I was going into work late. I must say that my experience with Window World has been A1 from beginning to end. They contacted me within hours of my online inquiry and the representative came out the same week. Mike was knowledgeable about the windows I already had and did a good job explaining what I would be getting. There was no ‘dog and pony show.’ Just straight facts. Johnathan took the measurements the following week and he also installed the windows when they came in. Communication was clear and concise. Any questions I had were promptly answered. Install day went well. I left Johnathan and his partner in my home while I went on with my day. No issues at all and they cleaned up like they were never there. I would definitely use again and would recommend this business to anyone who is looking for new windows!

From start to finish, Window World did a great job. The windows showed up early and they were a fraction of the cost of some of the big competition. There were some minor issues with the installation that they are working on resolving, but nothing major. The new windows are fantastic. My house is quieter and the rooms are all the same temperature now. I would go back to Window World, no problem.

Our old 1950s house needed a complete replacement of windows and doors. We met with several companies with varying results and didn’t know who to trust. Luckily, we found Window World. Our sales consultant was incredibly helpful and patient with changes we wanted to make after our initial meeting. A variety of funding options were offered. The in-house Operations Manager was communicative and concerned with getting things right. The installers were true craftsmen, fitting the windows and doors expertly into our crooked house and diligently sealing and trimming out everything on the outside. The windows themselves have great insulation values and our house is so much quieter, solid, and holding the heat/cooling so much better. The quality of the windows and doors seem terrific so far. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Window World.

Window World did a good job of installing our new windows in the front of our home. We went to their showroom to look at the different window options. The salesman was very knowledgeable did not try to oversell. The installation crew showed up as scheduled and completed the work in less than a day. I did have to ask them to clean the windows, both inside and out. The only complaint I have is that I later found metal trim debris under the hedges in the front yard. We have a dog and grandbabies that run around there. The final installation is very good, both inside and out. We plan to have Window World replace windows in the rear of the house next year.
